In the late 1990's, Mr. Zhong Yu, an entrepreneur in China, became a distributor for General Binding Corporation; a large U.S. based international supplier of office products, book binding equipment and supplies as well as thermal laminating films and equipment.
Initially, Mr. Zhong concentrated on the domestic market in China, and established a thermal lamination manufacturing operation in Beijing, with a sales and distributor network throughout the country.

KDX America, LLC (KDXA) was established in the fall of 2010 for the purpose of marketing thermal lamination films throughout North America. When establishing this presence in North America, location was of major importance and therefore we established our head office in Easton, Maryland. With over 28,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and converting capabilities we are positioned well to handle products shipping throughout the East Coast, South and the majority of the Midwest. Beginning in March 2012 we established and began shipping products from our warehouse in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, completing the distribution in the Midwest and beginning to open opportunities in the Southwest, West and Northwest. In order to be closer to our customers, we will soon be shipping products from these areas as well.
Staff: KDXA's staff is made up of a highly professional sales team each with over 25 years of experience within the industry and who are well respected and have excellent personal relationships within the marketplace.
